Getting Things Done with Mind Maps

It was great fun to both create and deliver. I mapped out everything that I had wanted to accomplish including the entire content of the presentation. Then, I built my PowerPoint presentation using my map as a guide.

IDEO CEO and author of Change by Design envisions his book as a Mind Map

Tim discusses how he wrote and organized his book leveraging the power of mind mapping and visual thinking.

Happy birthday to me! Not today, but tomorrow.

It’s so nice of Steve Jobs to rearrange the schedule of the new Mac operating system, Snow Leopard, to release in time for my birthday! It’s not so nice for our developers who are actively looking into an integration issue between Snow Leopard and MindManager 7 for Mac.

Technical certification exams are a part of life for many IT and knowledge professionals. These exams may be steps in one’s career plan or may be requirements for specific assignments or business partnerships. Because the field I work in – network security – is quite broad, I keep track of certifications across a variety of areas.
