Collaboration is a fairly effective tactic for most things, whether you’re painting the living room or strategizing new business initiatives. But typically, too many cooks in the kitchen can lead to ruin — groupthink, derailed ideas, and the occasional outgoing-ideator-turned-aggressive-antagonist. It’s why, like so many approaches that do wonders on a small scale, collaboration often falls apart at the enterprise level.
