How did you hear about Mindjet?
I found out about Mindjet while searching for productivity tools in the Google Play Store. I’m always looking for the latest app to add hydraulics to my Samsung Galaxy Note & make it my mobile creative studio.
What do you primarily use it for?
I use Mindjet to brainstorm and turn my ideas into systems that can be replicated and utilized by others. My friends always tell me that I speak in tech code. I hope to use Mindjet to break that code down to its simplest form so I can easily share and explain my creative process with the world.
What is your favorite feature?
I love that Mindjet is extremely customizable. Each map is an opportunity to turn an idea into a multimedia collage that can be a study guide for the world.
Is there anything the tool helps with that was unexpected?
When I downloaded Mindjet, I didn’t expect it to catalyze my creative processes the way it has. I’ve gone from jotting down ideas, to realizing how my ideas are interconnected. That connection brings me focus where I thought there was clutter and that is a blessing.
Tell us about the map you’ve attached here.
The map I’m sharing with you today was created for the promotional video for Mel & Mo’s Love Potion 214 Kissing Pink Tour ’12 – Miami. The video features music from Skip Rage & a preview of an upcoming LP214.me interview with Ev Ryan, two #SelfMade Social Entrepreneurs like myself. Check out the final product.

Mo and her business partner Mel describe Love Potion 214 as “a sensual, aromatic, seductively infused drink created to elevate the mood with soothing hints of vanilla, alluring rose essence, splashed with coconut milk and afrodisiatic cocoa.” Bet you never imagined mind mapping could have anything to do with something like that, did ya? — Check out the product here, or head over to the company blog for their latest updates.
