The Holiday Season is in full-swing and while we’re all rushing to get those great gifts purchased, and before we got too caught up in the holiday excitement we wanted to make sure we announced this month’s Mappie winner.
The December Mappie goes to … (drum roll please) Miquiel Banks!
Congratulations, Miquiel!
His winning map, the 4 Modes of Discourse, is an excellent example of showing off lots of information quickly, and in an easily digestible manner. In his map, Miquiel explains the four most common forms of writing giving examples of each and instructions on how you too can duplicate these styles. So next time you’re trying to figure out which style of writing is best suited for your task, remember to check out Miquiel’s map.
We got in touch with Miquiel to learn a little bit about the person behind this month’s map.
