I like the feature, but I am only able to use it as a SWF-file. When exporting as PDF-version my PDF-reader is buffering, and buffering, and buffering ... anyway, I never get an interactive map.
Any idea what I do wrong?

I've been having a blast today, creating interactive PDF maps for my weekly interviews. Response has been very favorable.

Several have commented on the "simplicity" of each interviews segments, combined with the amount of detail that's actually displayed when topics are expanded.

I love the way that the Notes feature works, but disappointed that Comments don't seem to display.

JWU - I've submitted your comment into Mindjet's support feedback form. I also verified that this was a known issue. Tablet PC users weren't intentionally singled out, the Player does have some limitations which are noted in the online help system. Since the Player is an interactive read-only format, I agree that one way to handle this would be to add non-editable graphics. This approach could also work for the other features like excel charts and spreadsheet ranges.

Mindjet left out meeting the needs of a whole slew of your faithful Tablet PC/Ink users. For those that do much inking in MM, the inked topics are not converted into the player (not even as non-editable graphics)--just blank topic boxes. PLEASE address this ASAP.

Sur,

Both are great feature requests for future versions of the player. For now, the SWF file can be opened in a resizable browser but we do not have a 'full screen' mode like you'd see on a video player. Not yet :)

Cheers,
Michael Deutch

Dear Michael,

I get it. Previously I left click too fast so I get the select bounding box. Now, I can left click (wait two seconds) and drag the map more easily.

How about the capability to "Focus in this branch" button and Full Screen Zoom (instead limited to x by z pixel)?

Thanks.

If you follow the link I provided, you can see the Player in action. When you left click and hold on the map's background, the cursor changes to a hand and lets you click and drag. It's a little different than dragging in the desktop application.

How about to have Right Click and Drag to pan the sheet in the MindJet Player, like in the MindManager (hand grab tool)? Thanks.
