Mindjet’s Home for Customer Service and Support

Mindjet’s customer service and support team has a new home on Mindjet.com, which will soon replace (entirely) the email addresses being used for customer’s needs. The customer service and support page is up and running now and can be your place to tackle any of the following:

  • Support Programs & Information: Support Program Options, Maintenance and Support Plans, Free Customer Support   
  • Online Support Resources: Product Registration, Live Support, Product Lifecycle Information, User Forum, Knowledge Base
  • Customer Support & Service Announcements: Online Support, Product System Requirements, Product Release Notes, Service Pack updates and Upgrade information.

Free Mind Mapping Webinar with Jamie Nast & Chuck Frey on July 22

Mind Mapping experts, Jamie Nast and Chuck Frey, will be hosting a webinar with VizThink on July 22nd that we’d love the Mindjet community to help support.

    We’re proud to announce, today, that the MindManager user group on Ning.com has surpassed 900 members! A special thanks goes out to the group’s founder, CJ Cornell, for his ongoing support.
