Exploring Interactive MindManager Customer Stories

Hi Everyone,

Our Customer Advocacy team is exploring interactive ways to share customer stories and testimonials from MindManager users with our community.

Here is an example of a video uploaded to YouTube from customer, Andrew Wilcox, explaining how he uses MindManager.

There are also a few MindManager education demos created using TechSmith’s Camtasia Studio and SnagIt software from Jason Dorko ("Setting Goals with MindManager") and Scott Guthrie ("Using MindManager in the Classroom").

Feeling inspired to create and share your own MindManager story? We’re looking for videos, podcasts, webinars…you name it. As long as the content is original, creative and sincere we want to hear from you. Send links or raw files of MindManager content you’d like to share with us to: vignette@mindjet.com. With your permission, we’ll highlight you here on the Mindjet Blog and/or within the video section of the MindManager User Group on Ning.com.

Happy Mapping!

The article also showcases productivity specialist, Eric Mack, who "uses MindManager to organize notes, plan projects and brainstorm for new ideas."

Remembering Marc Orchant

The passing of business partner and friend, Marc Orchant, has hit the Mindjet community hard. Marc was one of our strongest supporters and, above all, a genuine, warm and passionate soul who touched so many people within the ‘blogosphere’ and beyond.  As a tribute to Marc, we want to share a column he recently authored for our Mindjet December Newsletter.

Our thoughts and prayers are with Marc’s family in this difficult time; for those who wish to donate to the Orchant family on Marc’s behalf please visit the Marc Orchant Trust.

Marc, we are honored to have known you, may you rest in peace.

Marc, you remain in our thoughts and prayers

We recently learned Marc Orchant, a man who wears many hats, including friend of Mindjet, was rushed to the hospital on Sunday 12/3 having experienced a massive coronary.

I first met Marc in person earlier this year at Mindjet’s Customer Summit and found him to be as amazingly passionate and inspirational as I’d come to see through our virtual communications on technology partnership ideas.

We continue to keep Marc and his family in our thoughts and prayers as we track his progress and hope for his full recovery. The announcement of Marc’s condition has touched so many people across the globe, as noted by the outpouring of compassion seen here. We know many of you who read this blog also call Marc a friend and we want to make sure you have the link to the blog providing the latest news on Marc’s condition. Thank you all for your support.
