Join PMI Silicon Valley for a special workshop - "Managing Projects with MindManager Pro 7" on September 22nd from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm in Palo Alto, CA.
Presented by Tim Bombosch, the workshop will use MindManager 7’s project management features to help you:
- Define project requirements
- Create a project charter
- Create a WBS and export it to MS Project
- Create a risk management plan
- Conduct status meetings
- Create a project archive
