WoW! Now you're talking. That stack of versions looks fantastic. Great idea.
And whilst I'm at it and I've said this before;
1. Can we have Zags as well as Zigs so that topics go back on themselves and can be angled. And now in 3D!
2. More printing flexibility to fit maps to paper.
3. Can we go back to being able to overlap topics or fit one behind another so we can fit more in!!

Keep up the good work. Some of us want more graphic flexibility rather than more and more applications to link to.

Adding another dimension to maps would be interesting to experiment with. Could be useful to capture phases in a project or process.

An idea:
multi-language-versions of a map on different stacks:
- automated translation into important other languages(through intergration of existing translation software)
- optional: "manual-correction-modus" (side by side view of different language-versions/ stacks)
- automated version control (automated time-stamps etc.)
- language-independent stacks at the bottom of the stacks (keeps file-sizes small/ for photos etc.) and/ or objects (photos etc.) that appear on different stacks but are stored only once.
Vision:
- Automated "multi-language MindMap-distribution" and simultaneous work on "multi-language-maps" over the internet.
=> Many new opportunities for collaboration, finding solutions for complex problems etc.

Ralf, Tony, & Robin,
What great ideas! Does anyone know of a translation web service? With that, an automated map translation could be accomplished, albeit with some humorous possibilites: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/All_your_base_are_belong_to_us

had had the history-stack idea four weeks ago. without seeing vista.

ever thought of leaving the 2d-space with mindmanager? you must know my iq is above the 2% and i find it a little, hm, boring with two only dimensions.

give the bored a product they may like!

best regards
