Dinos,
Interesting idea! I will make sure the development team is aware of this and see if it's something we can enable. Thanks for the suggestion!

An area of improvement in using MindManager for demonstrating to a large number of people, is in using a wireless mouse in presentation mode. The left and right mouse buttons do not work as expected, as they are assigned to Tab and Shift+Tab respectively. You would expect the left button to take you to the next topic and the right button to go backwards (like PowerPoint does in presentaton mode). This forces the presenter to either stay close to the keyboard or to ensure that the mouse pointer is over the Next button on the MindManager screen which is cumbersome aned restrictive.

Sounds like it will be fun. I “discovered” MindManager when Hugh Bathurst used it to run a CAD Productivity Conference I attended.
Hugh wasn’t trying to demo MindManager, in fact we had to ask what software he was using. It was a captivating demo of a mindmap being used to structure and capture conference information simply by doing it.

I recently had a conversation with the Ben McConnell, author of Creating Customer Evangelists, about how Mindjet could build a strong community that could share that kind of information. He had some very interesting things to say (big surprise :o)! I don't think this would happen by the time this conference takes place. But maybe some kind of Camtasia-enabled online area where people could post these kinds of videos...(http://www.techsmith.com/products/studio/default.asp?CMP=KAC-CGoogle).

For that matter, we need a lot more actual videos in the product, demostrating how to use people actually use it in real life. I have my own system, and I actually need to figure out my own process for MM. Why not let me see what others are doing?

Hi Graham,
We have this on the list of things we would like to do--for the exact reason you state. We will see if our collective intelligence can make this happen. Thanks for the input!

Why not make the conference Maps available in real time on the Net? So that way if the maps are intuitive, we "foreigners" can follow along.
